Wolz, supervisor of market management at SoutheastHEALTH, has applied his career expertise to a number of local organizations, and is also working to improve health education and access in Southeast Missouri. He is involved with United Way of Southeast Missouri, Tri-State Advertising & Marketing Professionals (2010-2011 president), Southeast Missouri State University Theatre and Dance Society; Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a former member of the Cape Girardeau Public School Foundation Board. Wolz helped establish SoutheastHEALTH's customer service initiative which, based on independent patient opinion studies, is helping Southeast achieve and maintain some of the nation's highest levels of patient loyalty and satisfaction. He also developed the Southeast HealthLine, a free, 24-hour service that provides physician referrals and a wide range of information about various health care services.

If he had 10 extra hours a week to volunteer...

There are a plethora of needs in our community, but if I had to choose one general type of volunteerism it would probably be as a youth mentor for an organization such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Boys & Girls Club, and/or Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
