Eftink is a project manager with Old Town Cape, and is involved with Chamber Young Professionals, River Heritage COOP, Southeast Missouri Arts Council, Storytelling Festival Committee and the Tri-State AMP Marketing Club. She helps plan such events as Tunes at Twilight, River Tales Classic Car Show, Parade of Lights and the Downtown Historic Home and Garden Tour. She also assists small downtown business with starting and enhancing their social media presence. Tunes at Twilight recently won top state event in Missouri's Main Streets and the online resources she has created for Old Town Cape (new website and e-newsletter) have kept the downtown area in the forefront of the community's mind.

"The overall addition of attractions, such as The Discovery Playhouse and Cape Splash, is one of the best things that happened in 2010. There were also decisions made that will hopefully lead to 'Best Things to Happen in 2011 and 2012,' like the passage of TTF4 for Broadway Beautification and winning the casino license for the Isle of Capri."
