Tyler Blessing hit a triple and went 3 for 3 to help the Perryville baseball team defeat Oak Ridge 10-3 on Saturday.

Dustin Thompson and Colby Brown both doubled in the win.

Brown struck out five over 4 1/3 innings to earn the win.

Poplar Bluff Invitational

Central walked away with first place with 20.5 points.

Pablo Jaramillo won the singles tournament.

Jaramillo defeated Dexter's Tyler Miller 8-1 to capture the title.

The Tigers also walked away with first and second in the doubles tournament.

Central's Nick Hines and Austin Shupert won the doubles tournament, while the Tigers' Prithvi Rudrappa and Caleb Yeargain took second.

Bulldog Relays

Notre Dame's girls distance medley relay team of Breanna Conklin, Olivia Renner, Elsie Anderson and Elizabeth Kiblinger finished in 14 minutes, 27.96 seconds to set the school record.

Conklin, Anderson, Kiblinger and Ashely Schmittzehe also set a school record in the 6,400 relay (24:00.83).

The Central boys collected all the first-place finishes in the boys distance division.
