Irene Duvall

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Irene A. Duvall, 95, of Perryville died Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at Perry Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born May 28, 1916, in Perry County, Mo., daughter of Ira and Anna Brewer Heinbokel. She and William S. "Red" Duvall were married Feb. 19, 1938. He preceded her in death April 30, 1999.

Survivors include a niece and two nephews, Pat Moll and Jerry Davis of Perryville, and Jim Davis of Tuscaloosa, Ala.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a daughter, Sally Duvall; and two sisters, Mildred Prevallet and Myrtle Davis.

Mrs. Duvall had worked at Prince Gardner and her love was the family farm. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and Ladies Sodality in Sereno, Mo.

Friends may call from 8:30 a.m. to service time Friday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sereno.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. at the church, with the Rev. Bill Rhinehart officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, Ill.

Memorials are preferred to AmHeart Hospice.
