Arrests

* Jennifer A. Williams, 18, of Mount Vernon, Ill., was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

Summonses

* Michael C. Jones, 26, of Cape Girardeau received summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and following too closely.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of Oak Street.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of Hillside Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 900 block of Donna Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.
