Eugene Ulrich II
Eugene Russel Ulrich II, 66, of Winnsboro, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011. He was born Sept. 17, 1944, in El Paso, Texas, to Eugene R. and Jane Ulrich. Ulrich was retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years of service on submarines. He was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Honolulu, Winnsboro VFW, an Eagle Scout and a trainer of Scout leaders...Eugene Russel Ulrich II, 66, of Winnsboro, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011.

He was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Honolulu, Winnsboro VFW, an Eagle Scout and a trainer of Scout leaders.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ulrich of Winnsboro; parents, Eugene R. and Jane Ulrich of Jackson; sons, Eugene M. Ulrich and wife Kay of Tacoma, Wash., Russel J. Ulrich of Puyallup, Wash., Michael Fernandez and wife Angie of Hillsboro, Ore.; a brother, E. Randy Ulrich and wife Pat of El Paso; two sisters, Carolyn Pignataro and Constance Roybal of Florissant, Mo.; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Memorial services are pending.
