DWI

* Lynn D. Shoemake, 58, 1520 Kingsbury St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Katlynn A. Durbin, 21, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Eugene L. Dodds, 20, homeless, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of robbery at 1015 Bloomfield St.

* Joseph W. Hurst III, 46, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Kentasha D. Moore, 23, 211 Minnesota St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.

* Dinah M. Wyatt, 18, 1555 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* John A. Pinkston, 21, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, peace disturbance.

* James A. Pinkston Jr., 23, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, property damage, and resisting arrest.

* Nicole L. Turner, 37, 600 Timon Way, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to distribute.

* Tyler D. Emerson, 23, 22 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to distribute.

* Waymon T. Burnett, 38, of Gideon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of tampering.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing alcohol at The Keg Shop, 1803 Independence St.

* Shawna L. Howell, 25, 709 North St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Casey J. Moser, 22, 128 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Calvin L. McCloud Jr., 28, 536 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Gadsen, Ala., warrant for robbery.

* Anthony D. Clark, 36, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and on three Arnold, Mo., warrants for traffic violations.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance and being beyond parental control.

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Jody R. Burton, of Savannah, Mo., arrested on Scott City warrants for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license and three counts of failure to appear for insufficient funds.

* Jonathan L. Holmes, 26, 3100 Pioneer Drive, No. 23, was arrested on a Union County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Corey D.V. Thompson, 22, homeless, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for animal neglect and no animal license and on a Jackson County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Amber Denise Rodgers, 21, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Melissa Sue Jenkins, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Matthew W. Taylor, 18, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Yolonda M. Bass, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for two seat-belt violations and improper registration.

* Expiration tags were reported stolen from a vehicle at 330 Siemers Drive.

* A burglary and theft of money were reported at 312 W. Lorimier Place, Apt. B102.

* A burglary was reported at 427 S. Louisiana Ave.

* A burglary and theft of a chop saw, stand, drill and radio were reported at 5968 Dalhousie Drive.

Property damage

* Damage to three vehicles was reported at 909 Hackberry St.

* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 630 S. Henderson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of drugs with intent to distribute was reported.
