The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Brett D. Becker, 24, of Swansea, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a flashing signal.

Arrests

* Adria L. Robinson, 19, 125 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Rachel N. Bowers, 35, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for stealing at Cracker Barrel, 3261 William St.

Summonses

* John Frank James, 61, 1301 Kenwood Drive, was issued a summons for removing a surveyor's marker.

* Atmagye Malhotra, 20, 1504 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for failure to keep property free of litter.

Assault

* Assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* A television, stereo and speakers were reported stolen at 1119 Bloomfield St.

* Nip Kelly Construction, 41 N. Sprigg St., reported a Bobcat's side panels stolen.

* A debit card and a Social Security card were reported stolen at 2100 William St.

* Checks were reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 3423 Old Hopper Road.

* A handicap powerchair was reported stolen at 807 William St., Apt. 2.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* Ty's Summer Sno, 2134 William St., reported a damaged back door.

* A window was reported broken at 1928 Golden Eagle Court.

Miscellaneous

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Invasion of privacy was reported.

* Two cases of identity theft were reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* A 12-year-old boy was reported as a runaway juvenile.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
