Banken, Donahue, Kings win Fall Classic

James Banken, Sissy Donahue, Tommy King and Diana King shot rounds of 55 and 62 to win the championship flight of the recent two-day Fall Classic at Kimbeland Country Club.

Joe McLemore, Jennifer McLemore, Bill Colman and Beth Bell were five shots back in second with a 122 total in the four-person scramble.

Tony Markham, Lisa Markham, Tim Horne and Claudia Horne won A flight with a 125. Ron Thompson, Sue Thompson, Tin Vandoren and Marilyn Vandoren shot a 130 to win B flight.

Bray wins second straight week

Allison Bray of Cape Girardeau shot a 48 to post an eight-shot victory Sunday at the Jr. Gateway PGA tournament at Annbriar Golf Club in Waterloo, Ill.

It was the second win in as many weeks for the 11-year-old Bray and her third win of the season.
