The body of 29-year-old Jackie Yarber, of Birch Tree, was discovered Saturday off Howell County Road 69-70. KYTV reported that sheriff's officers received a tip about the death Friday night.

A 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, both from West Plains, were arrested Monday.
Investigators believe Yarber was killed while three people were stealing his truck. Prosecutors say it appears he was run over or stabbed to death.
