Meadow Heights and St. Vincent will meet for the title at the Delta New Years girls basketball tournament.

The Panthers took care of Woodland 55-40, while the Indians dispatched the host Bobcats 42-35 in the other semifinal Wednesday.

Meadow Heights and St. Vincent will square off at 7:30 p.m. Friday for the title, while Woodland and Delta will play for third at 6 p.m.

Senior Erin Bollmann led Meadow Heights with 27 points.

The Panthers went 8 of 9 from the free-throw line.

Kendra Pinkley paced the Cardinals with 19 points.

St. Vincent (8-2) got 19 points and eight rebounds from Kayla Seabaugh, while Dani Hogard added 10 points against the Bobcats.

Katie Mattingly also grabbed eight rebounds, while Storm French had seven in the win.

Machela VanGennip led Delta (6-3) with 17 points.

Scott County Central earned a spot in the consolation title game with a 57-38 win over Chaffee.

Mikaela Blissett scored 18 points and Ziaire Davis 14 in the Braves' win.

Ellie Sigman led the Red Devils with 17 points.

The Braves will play Saxony Lutheran for the consolation title at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
