DEXTER, Mo. -- Caleb Trevor Kinder, 29, of Dexter died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, in St. James, Mo.

He was born May 6, 1982, in Warrensburg, Mo., to Kenneth Wayne and Karen Kay Reinbott Kinder. He and Kelly LeAnn Stitz were married Feb. 6, 2012, in Bloomfield, Mo.

Caleb was a self-employed carpenter. He was of the Methodist belief.

He is survived by his wife, Kelly Kinder of Dexter; his father, Kenneth W. Kinder and wife Mary of Brunswick, Ga.; his mother, Karen Reinbott of Salem, Mo.; a son, Trevor Wayne Kinder of the home; four brothers, Michael Reinbott of Salem, John Jerls of Scott City, Jim Jerls of Cape Girardeau and Eric Mason of Paducah, Ky.; two sisters, Meagan Mason and Shanna Metz of Dexter; paternal grandmother, Verda Mae Cavaness of Mascoutah, Ill.; stepgrandmother, Mildred Mason of Dexter; maternal grandmother, Shirley Fadler of Barnhart, Mo.; and stepgrandmother, Janeen Reinbott of Salem.

He was preceded in death by grandfathers Joe Reinbott and Kelly Kinder; stepfather, Don Mason; and a brother, Scott Jerls.

Visitation will be from noon until time of service Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Don Gandt officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
