Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of synthetic narcotics.

Arrests

* Rachel E. Holley, 22, of Wittenburg, Mo., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Kyle D. Hill, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assaulting a police officer.

Burglary

* Electronic goods were reported stolen at 1211 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported stolen gas.

* Beef O'Brady's, 1812 Carondalet Ave., reported that two subjects left without paying for food.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported at 66 E. Lake St.

* Harassment was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Horace T. Hodges, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Calvin W. Hale, 37, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to display valid plates on a motor vehicle, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and on a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation for obstructing police.

Arrests

* Chelsey L. Brown, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Antonio D. Henry, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for suspended driver's license.

* Terrence W. Lipps, 23, of Crested Butte, Colo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Michael A. Bievenue, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Matthew E. Shirrell, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.
