Great show

CONGRATULATIONS to the cast of "The Pajama Game." Unbelievable show! I've always been a movie buff and only started going to live theater since the River Campus opened. I still love movies, but I'm a convert when it comes to theater. Amazing work. And there's nothing like being there. Can't wait to see what's next.

Population control

FREE birth control equals population control, which is a good thing. The problem is you can't separate it from the abortion issue in the eyes of our lawmakers.

Stoplight beneficial

THANKS, Jackson, for setting up the stoplight at Old Orchard Road. I enjoyed making 10 cars stop so that I could proceed safely onto East Main Street. I along with the 20 or 30 other cars who make that turn every day thank you.

Religious freedoms

THE issue of Obama's mandate on the issue of the pill, abortion and sterilization is against the Constitution. We are guaranteed religious freedom, at least for now. The church is trying to defend our religious freedoms, and if we as members don't support them, who will? Our world is certainly changing. God bless our country.

Special dance

FEW things make better news than the pictures of the wonderful dads who spent time with their daughters at the father-daughter dance. What a terrific gift for all of them. Let's hope that they enjoy many special moments like that throughout the year.
