I-55 in Scott County reduced to one lane for pavement work
SIKESTON, Mo. -- Southbound Interstate 55 from Route M at Scott City to Highway 77 at Benton, Mo., in Scott County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews begin an asphalt overlay. Weather permitting, work will be done from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily April 2 through Oct. 15. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area...
