The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Lindsey R. Moore, 19, 724 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and the theft of a motor vehicle.

Summonses

* Joseph C. Keller, 38, of Perryville, Mo., received a summons for driving while suspended, failing to register motor vehicle and failing to maintain insurance.

* Leannah J. Eggimann, 33, of Millersville received a summons for failing to register motor vehicle and failing to maintain insurance.

* Rhonda R. Floyd, 51, 885 Greensferry Road, received a summons for possession of a synthetic drug.

* Joseph Kilhafner, 32, 403 N. High St., received a summons for driving while revoked.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 600 block of Washington Street.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Statler Way.

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of North Farmington Road and Oak Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Park Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.
