Route UU in Mississippi County reduced for shoulder repairs

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Route UU from U.S. 60 to Iron Bank Road in Mississippi County will be reduced to one lane today while Missouri Department of Transportation crews make shoulder repairs.

Weather permitting, the work will be done from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
