Federal District Judge Stephen Limbaugh Jr. speaks during a ceremony held by The Nancy Hunter Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution at the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. Federal Courthouse in Cape Girardeau to re-dedicate a plaque listing the names of revolutionary war veterans buried in Cape Girardeau County Wednesday, April 25. The plaque was originally dedicated in 1924.
