All the scores from Wednesday that were reported to the Southeast Missourian.

Notre Dame placed five golfers in the top 10 to win the Class 3 District 1 title Wednesday at Crown Pointe Golf Course in Farmington, Mo.

Gunnar Knudtson led the Bulldogs with an 11-over-par 81 to finish second. Teammates Cody Cox and Brady Dixon tied for third with 82s.

Jake Seabaugh tied for sixth with an 85, while Tyler Arpin shot an 88 for 10th place, but only the top four scores count toward the team's score.

Notre Dame finished with a 330, followed by Sikeston (338) and Perryville (388).

Perryville's Brett Schnurbusch finished fifth with an 84 to advance to the Class 3 Sectional 1 tournament. He will be joined by teammate Scott Sanders, who tied for 19th with a 97.

Perryville's Caleb Streiler (29th, 103) and Kyle Thieret (t-30th, 104) missed the cut for the sectional round.

Class 2 District 1

Saxony Lutheran's Collin Sprandel fired a 10-over-par 82 to capture the district title at Terre Du Lac Country Club in Bonne Terre, Mo.

Kelly, which is fielding a team for only the second year, finished at 391 to grab second behind Arcadia Valley (382) and earn a spot in the Class 2 Sectional 1 tournament. Saxony Lutheran was sixth with a 429.

Jacob Buell and Derrick Garner both shot 93s to tie for eighth place to lead the Hawks. Joshua Roberts (t-16th, 100) and Jacob Riley (t-21st, 105) rounded out the scoring for Kelly.

Saxony Lutheran's Luke Mueller earned a spot in the sectional by shooting a 96 to tie for 13th place. Ben Unger (t-32nd, 114) and Scott Smith (49th, 137) rounded out the scoring for the Crusaders.

Class 1 District 2

Levi Gotto and Sean Martin tied for sixth place to lead St. Vincent to a second-place finish at Oak Meadow Country Club in Rolla, Mo.

Gotto and Martin carded 12-over-par 82s.

The Indians shot a 348 to finish behind Linn's 309. They advanced to the Class 1 Sectional 1 tournament.

Kelly Welker tied for 12th with a 90, while Tim Schumer took 18th with a 94 for St. Vincent.

BASEBALL

Chaffee 4, Oak Ridge 2

Alex Davie struck out eight over three innings to earn the win on the mound.

Cody Payne finished with four strikeouts over the final four frames. He also went 4 for 4 with a triple and a double for Chaffee (17-1).

Lance Rohde struck out six and walked one over 5 2/3 innings for the Blue Jays (10-6), who got two hits from Kelby Brown.

The Crusaders (8-7) took advantage of 11 walks in the five-inning game.

Josh Overbey doubled twice for the Cubs.

GIRLS SOCCER

Central 2, Poplar Bluff 1

Breanna Anderson scored the clinching goal in the seventh round of penalty kicks to lift the host Tigers to victory.

Apple Thomas finished with 14 saves, including four on penalty kicks, to earn the win.

Megan Daly scored for Central (6-9-1) during regulaton.

Allie Hardesty and Molly Martin also converted their penalty kicks for Central.
