BENTON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Rankin of Benton celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary April 20, 2012, with a family gathering.
Rankin and Patricia Hyslop were married April 20, 1947, by the Rev. Harold Ray, at the Hyslop home in Bloomfield, Mo.

Their attendants were Peggy Willis and Charles Burnett.
The couple has three children, Mark Rankin of Benton, Marsha Lacy of Mesa, Ariz., and Melanie Shultz of Chandler, Ariz. They have six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
