Thomas Dietrich

Thomas Raymond Dietrich, 64, of Imperial, Mo., died Friday, May 18, 2012, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Nov. 16, 1947, in St. Louis, to John and Elizabeth Furi Dietrich. He and Delores Langston were married Dec. 15, 1990, at Cape Girardeau.

He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Thomas had worked for International Paper Co. in Affton, Mo., for 30 years and later for Baldor Electric in Kirkwood, Mo.

Survivors include his wife, Delores Dietrich of Imperial; sons, Andrew Dietrich of Florissant, Mo., and Neil Dirden of Westminster, Colo.; daughters, Tammi L. Henry of Hazelwood, Mo., Alicia King of Fruitland and Misti Webster of Hillsboro, Mo.; sisters, Rene Johnson of Phoenix and JoAnn Dietrich-Puckett of Jacksonville, Fla.; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.

Burial will follow at Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Gordonville.

Memorial contributions may be given to Barnes-Jewish Hospice, St. Louis.
