Donald Patrick Survant, 75, of Jackson passed away Monday, June 11, 2012, at his home.
He was born March 17, 1937, in St. Louis, son of Luther and Elsie Luecke Survant. He and Gloria Ann Richeson were married Dec. 20, 1954.
Donald worked in aircraft maintenance in the U.S. Air Force and Missouri Air National Guard, retiring as a senior master sergeant. He was a member of Glenallen United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria of Jackson; a son, Gregory K. (Millicent) Survant of Olathe, Kan.; a daughter, Patricia (Carl) Kimmons of West Plains, Mo.; five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Rachel, Neal, Sean; and a great-granddaughter, Grace.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Raymond; and a sister, Eugenia.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Mo.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kim Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill, with full military honors.
