Sue Robey

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Sue Robey, 60, of Advance passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, at her home.

She was born Oct. 4, 1951, in Camden, Tenn., daughter of Leroy and Ruby Harden Bell. She and Terry Robey were married Sept. 21, 1968, at Avert, Mo.

Sue had worked as a cook at Lorch Oil and Rhodes Gas, both in Advance. She attended Bell City High School.

Survivors include her husband; five grandchildren, Lane Robey, Amanda Smith, Aaron Smith, Gage Johnson and Rachael Johnson; two great-grandchildren, Abigail Bates and Matthew Bates; three brothers, Bill Bell of Bloomfield, Mo., Jerry Bell of Benton, Mo., and Larry Bell of Midland, Mich.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Penny Johnson and Laurie Hallmark; a grandson, Jeremy Robey; two brothers; and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Friday at Morgan Funeral Chapel.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. at the chapel, with the Rev. Don Lafferty officiating. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bell City.
