Cape Girardeau County deserves an effective state representative! Donna Lichtenegger is an effective leader. Why? 1) Donna is accessible. Her email address and cellphone number are available to the public. 2) Donna is a problem solver. She helps citizens and businesses with their questions, concerns and problems. She finds a solution. 3) Donna is a full-time representative. Being full time, she watched, listened, learned and acted. She was one of the only three freshman (out of 60) that introduced a bill signed into law by the governor. Finally, Donna is a hard worker.
