Government regulations stopped my efforts to build a new business. We decided to develop a milk processing business in our local town. After acquiring the site, we contacted agencies who regulate this business. The Department of Natural Resources representatives notified me that the sewage processing rules had changed and that I would have to install a system 100 times more expensive than planned.
