Let us set the record straight. A July 26 letter to the editor claims to be supportive of the right to vote. However, the author of said letter obviously doesn't trust the voters of Jackson when their voices are heard. Trust is a key ingredient in our society and I trust the voters to have made the decision they felt was best. It is my sincere hope that this individual soon realizes that no matter the number of voters involved in a decision, democracy has spoken. Let it rest...
