Della Hubbard

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Della Kilburn Hubbard, 89, passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, in Chaffee.

She was born Nov. 9, 1922, at Ridgely, Tenn., to the late Willie Lee and Mary Powers Rose. Della married Eugene Kilburn on Dec. 6, 1941, and he preceded her in death Feb. 24, 1972. She later married Warren Hubbard, and he also preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, Rick Kilburn of Grain Valley, Mo.; five daughters, Lorene Foulk of Scott City, Barbara Payne of Chaffee, Judy Brant of Scott City, Janie Simpson of Chaffee and Donna Brown of Chaffee; 21 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one son, one granddaughter, three great-great-grandchildren, three brothers and nine sisters.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Stan Hargis officiating. Burial will be at the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
