Shirley Driskell

PERKINS, Mo. -- Shirley Ann Driskell, 75, of Perkins, Mo., passed away Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, at the family home.

She was born April 13, 1937, at Perkins to the late Elmer and Alreda Bumgardner Calliotte.

Shirley married Robert L. Driskell on Sept. 3, 1966.

She was a member of Perkins Baptist Church. She worked as a sales clerk at J.C. Penney in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Debra (Dale) Patterson of Chaffee, Mo; a grandson, Garrett Patterson of Chaffee; and a niece, Jaci Long of Wentzville, Mo.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. at Perkins Baptist Church, with the Rev. Brian Gill officiating.

Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
