OLMSTED, Ill. -- The remains of Robert K. Goins, 43, of Olmsted were removed from the Mississippi River Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City, Ill. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Windings officiating.
