ST. LOUIS (AP) - A month after a million-dollar Powerball ticket was sold in St. Louis, the winner has yet to come forward.
The ticket for the Aug. 4 drawing matched all five white balls, earning the holder a $1 million prize. The ticket with the white-ball numbers 19, 30, 48, 53 and 55 was purchased at Safi Amoco in St. Louis.
Powerball winners have 180 days from the drawing to claim a prize. In this case, the winner has until Jan. 31. The ticket can be taken to Missouri Lottery offices in suburban St. Louis, Kansas City, Jefferson City or Springfield.
