Rock Levee Road in Scott County will be closed as contractor crews continue construction of the new Interstate 55 Outer Road at Scott City. Weather permitting, the closure will begin Sept. 17 and is anticipated to last two months. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
