Arrests

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of being a fugitive.

* Lauren N. Tesson, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Joseph G. Capstick, no age given, 214 S. Pacific St., received a summons for an open container violation.

Thefts

* Fuel was reported stolen at Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes, 2109 William St.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 2109 William St.

* Fuel was reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

* Checks were reported stolen at 1829 Brink St.

* A 1993 Ford pickup was reported stolen at 612 Morgan Oak St. and later recovered.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Forgery was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported at 812 Good Hope St.
