And so the glaring hypocrisy of the Democrats continues as they decry voter ID laws while simultaneously requiring ID to enter their convention hall. Reminds me of when they condemned Gitmo under Bush and then kept it open for three years during a Democrat-controlled White House and Senate. And reminds me of their condemnation of the Bush Patriot Act and renditions, but they have continued since 2008. Reminds me of a pre-2008 anti-war platform that is nothing more than a distant memory today. Obama and his failed policies will soon be distant memories, as well.

Alzheimer's

Reading an obituary in the paper today brought tears to my eyes. This man was 87 and passed away in the Missouri Veterans Home; he had many accomplishments, loved by many, had children and a wife, he worked hard and did a lot of volunteer work and at the bottom it said contribute to the Alzheimer's Association. That is the very worst thing that can happen when a man or a woman lose their mind. I just can't help but cry.

Kelly football

Monday night there was a huge pile of cars by the new Kelly High School Football stadium. Was that the first ever Kelly High School football game? We need some news.
