The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Melinda E. Higgens, 42, 175 Homestead Place, was issued a summons for failing to stop at a posted sign.

* Traci A. Woodall, 26, 210 S. Missouri St., was issued a summons for failing to stop at a posted sign.

* Hannah R. Mauk, 19, 5150 County Road 525, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle, driving while suspended and failing to provide proof of insurance.

* A 16-year-old was issued a summons for failing to stop at a posted sign.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Disturbance

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Veterans Memorial Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.
