CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christian E. Calhoun, 41, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Walter Deandre Combs, 43, 4 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 2, was arrested for suspicion of assault.

* Matthew Austin Studie, 20, and Kyle Michael Harris, 21, both of 238 N. Pacific St., were arrested for suspicion of nuisance party.

* Phil Vincent Mattingly, 44, 1224 William St., No. 1, was arrested for suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault and armed criminal action.

Summonses

* David King Pierce, 46, 1105 Linden St., No. 610 was issued a summons for harassment.

* Jamie Shaun Seabaugh, 36, of Scott City was issued a summons for assault.

Burglaries

* A bicycle and tools were reported stolen at 137 S. Spanish St.

* Burglary and theft were reported at 911 S. Ranney Ave.

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported.

Thefts

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 3363 Gordonville Road.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 103 N. Kingshighway.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* Money was reported stolen at J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.

* A shopping cart was reported stolen at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* A stolen wallet and damage to a vehicle were reported at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
