Kevin Morgan, of Senath, Mo., was given a five year prison sentence, suspended in lieu of five yars of supervised probation. Morgan was first arrested and charged in November with fenloy stealing. According to authorities, Kevin Morgan misused money from the account of his brother, Shawn Morgan, and Shawn's wife, Tonya, as a means to pay his own bills.
