The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of theft.

* Stephan D. Polk, 21, of Howardsville, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County, Mo., Sheriff's warrant.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of theft.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of trespassing and stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Clareon D. Fraction, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of running away.

Summonses

* Dominic R. Cicerelli, 22, 1000 Towers Circle, K204, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a private property free of litter.

* Shannon M. Adams, 33, 1411 N. Main St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft were reported at 649 S. Spring St.

* Trespassing and the theft of a bicycle were reported stolen at 604 Hazel St.

* An iPod and headphones were reported stolen at 485 Mount Auburn Road.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* Theft was reported at Menards, 535 Siemers St.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway.

* A phone was reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft was reported at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A fence was reported spray painted at North Henderson Avenue and Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Identity theft was reported.
