The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Burdette J. Mueller, 33, of Moscow Mills, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Tara A. Lomax, 22, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Travis T. Cox, 32, 1400 Carter St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for two counts of failure to appear for driving under the influence.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* Thomas L. Lowe Jr., 29, 2775 Lynwood Hills, No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Garbriel M. Garmon, 20, 414 Marie St., was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

* Uliana Jazmin Gonzalez, 19, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of falsifying her age to obtain alcohol.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of robbery.

* A minor was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of trespassing.

* Douglas D. Nelson, 26, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Emily S. Upchurch, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Becky J. Howren, 50, of Steele, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart.

* James S. Bransfield, 32, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of being a pedestrian in the street.

* Yasheika Y. Lee, 36, 539 S. Middle St., and Catrice R. Moore, 36, 526 Middle St., were issued summonses for peace disturbance.

* Ashley M. Carr, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Joe H. Hill Jr., 21, 915 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

* August K. Lock, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol and misrepresentation of age.

* Sylvester E. Smith Jr., 44, 14 N. Fountain St., Apt 2, was issued a summons for littering.

* Justin D. Kelly, 20, 915 College Hill, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrests

* Kristy Swain, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and a Delta warrant for failing to register a motor vehicle.

* Jonathan Brown, 38, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Nicholas J. Goetz, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of child molestation.

* Sarah E. Komorech, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.

* Jerry L. Lucas, 28, of Jackson was arrested on Greene County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on charges of theft and trespassing.
