POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Oscar Vernon Eubanks, 79, of Jackson, formerly of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Thomas officiating. Burial will be in City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff with full military honors.
