Trenton Gremaud led three players in double figures with 15 points as host St. Vincent held on to defeat Windsor 51-49 in boys basketball action Wednesday night.

St. Vincent (13-5) trailed by a point entering the final period before establishing an eight-point lead late in the game. Windsor was able to convert on a couple turnovers to pull within two, but missed its final shot and the Indians rebounded with a half-second remaining.

Dylan Richardet added 11 points and Trent Elder 10 for St. Vincent. Dylan Hellman had five points, seven rebounds and four blocked shots for the Indians.
