Landon Johnson belted three doubles and went 4 for 4 to help lead second-seeded Woodland into the championship game of the Stoddard County Activities Association baseball tournament with a 9-3 win over Bloomfield on Tuesday in Dexter, Mo.
Aaron Yount was the winning pitcher, throwing a complete game against the third-seeded Wildcats. He gave up three earned runs on four hits with two strikeouts and two walks.
Tim Fox had a triple to pace the Wildcats.
Woodland (10-6) will face top-seeded Bernie at 3:45 p.m. today for the championship. The Mules knocked off fourth-seeded Bell City 11-1 in the other semifinal. The Cubs (5-8) will play Bloomfield for third place.

Woodland did not go down without a fight. The Cardinals, seeded third, posted a seventh-inning rally with home runs from Keighlyn Lincoln, Josie Long and Shelby Sawyer to score five runs in the inning.
Lincoln suffered the loss in the circle. She pitched a complete game and had four strikeouts and one walk as well as a triple at the plate.
Woodland coach Andrea Arnold said she was proud of how her team played.
"They never gave up," Arnold said. "The girls had confidence and they played the entire game, scoring five runs in the seventh inning to make a comeback."
Woodland (8-5) upset second-seeded Advance 10-6 in a semifinal Monday to reach the title game.
