The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Andrew J. Wilson, 23, 221 Oaklane Drive, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Dustin R. McGraw, 24, of Foley, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Misty M. Wilkerson, 33, 1213 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of two counts of stealing a credit device, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Jarred M. Harris, 26, 817 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with arrest.

* Wesley R. Ismay, 26, of Vale, S.D., was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Timothy D. Shirley Jr., 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Bruce E. Salmon, 51, 919 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Rosalind A. Criddle, 39, 426 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for assault.

* Louis H. Hagler, no age given, 251 E. Lake Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield, and Aristeo Hernandez, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for driving without a license.

* Tanner J. Beussink, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane usage.

Theft

* Theft of a bicycle was reported at 1212 William St.

Property damage

* Kellerman Foundation for Historic Preservation, 1856 Broadway, reported property damage.

DWI

* Tyrone R. Blattner, 52, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

Arrests

* Gary E. Kyle, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of resisting a lawful detention.

* Stephanie N. Cerny, 33, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for larceny.

* Danny S. Blair, 45, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Ashlei N. Goetz, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and possession of a controlled substance.

* Douglas A. Medlin, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a State of Missouri warrant for probation violation for burglary and stealing a motor vehicle.
