Col. Michael L. Goodin was promoted from lieutenant colonel to colonel by the U.S. Air Force in March. Goodin is stationed at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, S.C., is on deployment in Qatar and will be stationed in Molesworth RAF Base in England this summer. He is a 1991 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and an alumnus of Southeast's ROTC program. Goodin and his wife Ivonne are parents to Erica and Gabriel. He is the son of Jim and Carolyn Goodin of Cape Girardeau.
