The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jerry W. Simpkins, 25, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Zachary A. Finn, 18, 607 W. Washington St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Michelle M. Oehler, 27, 888 Crown Point Circle, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator's license.

* Hollie R. Stoner, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.

* Caitlin M. Burress, 28, 564 N. Lacey St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Willard L. Rhodes, 59, 615 Boxwood Drive, No. 3, was issued a summons for driving with an expired operator's license.

* Daniel J. Thomas, 25, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for displaying plates of another.

* Adam M. McCoy, 19, 1023 Leigh Ann Court, was issued summonses for careless and imprudent driving and speed.

* Allison G. Derrick, 18, 933 Rouce Drive, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Cody J.D. Brazel, 19, 532 Diana Drive, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Jesse B. Gill, 19, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Melanie S. Coy, 57, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Vicki L. Lantz, 51, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lisa R. Shores, 30, 607 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Conner J. Spieker, 20, 1800 Vincent Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Brandon M. Baker, 36, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Berchman Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Sue Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North West Lane.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the area of East Main Street and North Oak Hill Road.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Old Toll Road.

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.
