That should tell you something. The Republican-controlled Missouri House wants to reduce corporate income taxes by 50 percent but individual income taxes by only 2/3 of 1 percent. The lost revenue will be made up by a regressive sales tax, a tax which will hit Missouri's ever-shrinking middle class the hardest and, no doubt, will cause it to shrink even more...

GOP logic

Republicans are trying to say that background checks for guns are useless as criminals will get them anyway. With that logic, let's just do away with all laws; criminals will violate them anyway.
