The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Zachary W. Moorman, 24, of Wentzville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and exhibition driving.

* Zachariah T. Nelms, 23, 53 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and speeding.

Arrests

* Brian J. Ramano, 39, and Chasity N. Ramano, 36, both of 611 Mechaw St., were arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.

* J.L. Danielle Johnson, 22, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting or interfering with arrest.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* John A. Shelton, 30, 1038 N. Frederick St., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Gregory Lee Jenkins, 45, 921 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* Cindy M. Bredekamp, 45, 65 Centennial Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle, and was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Nicholas L. Patterson, 22, 921 Hackberry St., No. 202, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Alicia J. Minor, 23, 2819 Whitener St., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summons

* Conley A. Clark, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and property damage were reported at 1015 Bloomfield St.

* Burglary and theft were reported at 214 N. Louisiana Ave.

Thefts

* Plaza Tire Service, 170 S. Kingshighway, reported a television stolen.

* Theft of a wallet was reported at 1335 Amblewood Drive.

* Theft of a passport was reported at 539 S. Spring Ave.

* Theft of money was reported at 13 N. Fountain St.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported theft of a computer hard drive and underwear.

Property damage

* Property damage and a shed spray-painted were reported at 1306 Sonnet Drive.

* Property damage and scratches to a vehicle were reported at 1914 Sherwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Tampering was reported at 436 S. Spring Ave.

* Tampering was reported at 442 S. Spring Ave.
