SEMO Pachyderms to host Bill Federer

The SEMO Pachyderms will host Bill Federer, speaker and best-selling author. The program will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Dexter Bar-B-Que in Cape Girardeau. Federer will be presenting "Change to Chains, the 6,000 year quest for control." Federer will examine how power concentrates into the hands of one individual, and he will look at what makes the American experiment stand out in the course of history, according to a club news release.
