The Southeast Missouri State softball team had Sunday's scheduled season finale against visiting Tennessee-Martin rained out. It will not be made up.

Southeast finished the year 15-33 overall and 6-18 in Ohio Valley Conference play. The Redhawks wound up 10th in the 12-team league. The top eight finishers qualified for the conference tournament.

This marks the second straight season, and three out of the last four years, that Southeast has failed to make the OVC tournament.

Junior Alexis Anderson, in her first year at Southeast after transferring from junior college, finished with a .403 batting average -- the fifth-highest single-season mark in program history. She hit .500 in conference play.
