The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Justin C. Abernathy, 17, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of theft.

Summonses

* Michael L. Chambers, 32, 122 S. Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Nicole A. Moore, 30, of Altenburg, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 1200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
