Weekly concerts set for June at Jackson City Park

Cape Girardeau isn't alone in hosting a summertime Friday concert series. During the month of June, the rock garden in Jackson's City Park also hosts musical talents.

The Rock in the Garden outdoor concert series, sponsored by the Jackson Parks and Recreation Department, highlights local and touring acts at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays. Concerts are free and located at 800 Stoneyledge Drive.
